  • This was our third stay at Stiltz and it's always a pleasure to visit. We like to stay in cabins and lodges, trying as many different ones as we can, but Stiltz is the one place we keep coming back to. This was our first visit in a few years and it's lovely to see that Chrissy and Paul have maintained and improved the property. The garden space is more usable and the new hot tub is great. I know Chrissy and Paul have some more improvements planned and we're looking forward to seeing what they do! Stiltz has everything you need for a quiet getaway; comfy bed and furnishings, hot tub with beautiful outlook, wood burner for cooler nights, decent kitchen. The campsite behind the lodge is unnoticeable and your stay is very private.

  • Stiltz is a truly magical place. Immediately after getting there you feel as though you could be anywhere, it’s spacious, clean, tidy and the outside areas are amazing. The hot tub is huge, with a beautiful view, especially of the sunset and all set up for our arrival. It is kitted out with all the amenities you could possibly need, as well as lots of nice little extras like speakers above the hot tub, robes and blankets for the cold weather. Chrissy was super helpful the entire time, when we discovered there was no cooking oil some was brought to us within minutes. I really cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a relaxing getaway with your partner. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

  • Me and my boyfriend booked very last minute, Chrissy and Paul were extremely helpful and we are so grateful for them getting the place ready so quickly at such short notice.
